Born in Puerto Rico and raised in New Haven, Connecticut, Geo’s journey into stage management has been one of discovery, dedication, and a deep passion for storytelling. From the moment he stepped into a theater, he knew he was meant to help bring stories to life—one cue at a time.
Most recently, Geo served as the Assistant Stage Manager for Gem of the Ocean at Long Wharf Theatre. His recent credits also include Production Stage Manager for The Fox on the Fairway and Assistant Stage Manager for RENT at Music Theatre of Connecticut. He previously worked as Deck Stage Manager for A Midsummer Night’s Dream with Elm Shakespeare Company and Assistant Stage Manager for Mary Poppins at Summer Theatre of New Canaan. Earlier in his career, he served as Production Stage Manager for Black Spurs at Black Spectrum Theatre, a new work he helped bring to life.
Geo is passionate about fostering inclusive and collaborative environments in theater, ensuring that every artist feels supported, valued, and empowered throughout the creative process.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater from New England College and is currently pursuing his MFA in Stage Management at the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale, Class of 2029.
