Born in Puerto Rico and raised in New Haven, Connecticut, Geo’s journey into stage management has been one of discovery, hard work, and a deep passion for the art of storytelling. From the moment he stepped into a theater, he knew he was meant to bring stories to life—one cue at a time.
His most recent project was A Midsummer Night's Dream at Elm Shakespeare Company, where he worked as the Deck Stage Manager. He was the Stage Manager for Can The Peruvian Speak? at the David Geffen School of Drama: Yale Cabaret and the Assistant Stage Manager for Mary Poppins at Summer Theatre of New Canaan and Jersey Boys at Music Theatre of Connecticut. Additionally, he served as the Production Stage Manager for Black Spurs at Black Spectrum Theatre, a new work he helped bring to life.
Geo is passionate about fostering inclusive environments in theater, ensuring that every artist feels supported, valued, and empowered. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theater with a focus in Stage Management from New England College.
